Welcome to Mathera! This is a space where mathematics is not just learned, but understood, explored, and created!

Our Mission

Rather than replacing existing curriculums, we empower a novel, mature, collaborative stradegy to help you learn with existed high quality learning materials effectively —- transforming aboundant knowledge and fragmented understanding into your own thinking system.

Our goal is simple:

to help you move beyond being a learner—and become an independent thinker and creator.

Curiosity and creativity is intelligence having fun.

-- Albert Einstein

What we provide

Mathera offers:

- Structured, thinking based study guide (mindmap-learning stradegy, self-quiz, mistake log)

- Opportunities for discussion and collaboration

- Free mentorship program, workshop, etc.

Whether you are building foundations, loking for advanced self-study materials, or searching for deep understanding, this platforms adapt to your journey!

How to use this website

If you are an independent learner:

Start with the materials (Fully concentrate, no hurried notes)

Challenge yourself first (What is the pattern of the topic you observed?)

Use the mindmap version to reorganize what you learned!

Use active-recall /quiz version to review

Try to build your mind map next time!

Why is thinking essential

Many people see math as formulas, problems, or exams. But what is math, truly? Or, let me ask you this question: if you are a good problem solver, can you model math? Do you have a picture of math? You see the problem: what you mostly learnt is linear. If formulas and problems are the ingredients, then what you are about to discover here is the recipe.

Because in the end, what truly distinguishes one learner from another is not how many problems they can solve, but how they think.

Knowledge is always accessible. Thinking is what makes you unique.

At Mathera, our goal is simple: to help you build a thinking system that turns you from a learner into a creator.

The thinking system

Now you may wonder what is this thinking system exactly? To answer that, I will introduce my own thinking strategy -- Mindmapping learning. This is definitely not a simple topic-collector, this is your own logic circuit. Here is an example:

Think of it like this: you first enter a forest, all you know is the location of the exit, only your mapping system tells you how to get there.

Instead of seeing math as isolated topics, we guide you to:

- connect ideas

- recognize patterns

- understand why concepts are introduced

- explore what remains unknown

See? When others are gathering ingredients, you are building the assembly line.

This study strategy may sound overcomplexing or even overwhelming, but it will indeed boost your learning efficiency! That's exactly what you will gain – ‘easy studying method’ such as reading a textbook usually corresponds to a low percentage of gain, while something that first feels challenging is what helps you improve. Over time, you will find it natural to think following your own pattern, you know how to model math and become a creative explorer!

Why math matters

Math is more than a subject. It is:

- a way of thinking

- a language of logic

- a tool for innovation

Mathematicians don't just solve problems—they:

- predict

- imagine

- create

And you can do the same. Not to become a mathematician, but to develop.

Why we build a learner community

Math is often studied alone—but thinking doesn’t grow in isolation. We believe:

Inspiration is not something you receive — it is something you build through thinking with others.

That’s why Mathera emphasizes innovation, deep thinking, and active discussion.
